Bishop Rick and Dr. Phyllis have had a relationship with Bishop Danden Sales and his wife, Pastor Shirley, for more than 17 years. The Sales' pastor Maranatha Church on Negros Island, Philippines where they have also established Faith Island Mission, a network of churches and indigenous leaders. Over the years, PWMI has worked together with the Sales'  to establish an MMFI base reaching out to pastors and churches throughout the islands. This is done by sponsoring an annual conference, island crusades, mountain outreaches, and leadership seminars. The manifestation of God's power and love in touching many throughout the islands has been evidenced by all who attend. Bishop Sales and Pastor Shirley serve as MMFI International Directors in the Philippines. Bishop Callahan serves as vice president of Faith Island Mission, Negros Island, Philippines.
